With over two decades of experience in the healing arts, Shannon Rusnak brings a deeply intuitive, integrative, and compassionate approach to wellness. As a Licensed Massage Therapist and one of the Top 100 Holistic Health Practitioners certified by The Whole Journey, Shannon weaves together bodywork, energy medicine, and whole-body education to support profound healing—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Her journey into wellness began with personal health challenges, including ovarian cancer, Hashimoto’s, chronic parasites, and dental complications. Refusing to accept the limitations of conventional medicine, Shannon took healing into her own hands—leading her to train with some of the most respected names in the holistic world including Don and Dana Massat, Christa Orecchio, Dr. Izabella Wentz, Derrick Grant, and Kyle Gray.

Shannon holds advanced certifications in Reiki, Cranial Sacral Therapy, and Miasm Release, and is also a certified Soil Rejuvenator and educator—bridging the connection between environmental healing and human health. Her clinical background includes working with elite athletes on the ATP Tennis Tour and serving for over 13 years at the prestigious Kohler Waters Spa, one of Chicago’s top wellness destinations.
